SLQO/ZDSQO series motorized rail ball valve has the advantages of gate valve, ball valve, cut-off valve and screw valve, realize special machinery wedge-closed characters.
Comparing with normal valve, motorized rail valve has the following characters:
1、No abrasion of the switch:the valve body will rotate after it deviates from the valve base. Thus it eliminates the abrasion of sealing, and solves the abrasion problem between traditional valve body and valve base.
2、Operation with lower torque:The driving of valve pole is easy because there is no abrasion of valve seat and ball body. It is not necessary to add the devices of increasing torque as gearbox.
3、 Design of single valve seat:the design of static and single valve seat of valve guaranteed zero leakage of flow media in two directions, avoiding the problem of pressure lifting of double valve seat.
4、 Harden sealing surface of abrasion resistant: Ball body of valve core is welded one layer of hard polishing surface; meet the sealing of serious conditions.

5、 Wash it by self:When ball body of valve core deviated from valve seat, the fluid will wash the contaminants with 360 degree along the sealing surface.
6、 The best flow features:The whole standard diameter, there is no pressure loss, which increases the system efficiency and makes rust in the lowest.
7、 Long life: As there is no abrasion of opening and starting, with low torque level, the possibility of trouble is low and its life is long.
Motorized rail ball valve is widely used in the discharge of pollution of petroleum, neutral gas, in the emergent cut-off and by-pass of fluid pipeline, in the isolation of flow meter or machine pump, and in the sites in which zero leakage or frequent operation are needed.

When the valve is in closing condition, actuator device will drive valve pole and move upwards. Angle plane at the bottom of valve pole makes sealing surface of the ball body separate from valve seat. Valve pole will be lifed continuously and interacts with the pin of valve pole in screw groove making ball rotate 90 degree without any friction till valve pole is lifted to limited position. The hole of ball body is checked to the pathway of valve.

When closing, actuator will drive valve pole downwards, forcing the valve bady rotate. Valve pole is moving downward continuously and is affected by the guide pin of screw groove making valve pole and ball body rotate 90 degree at the same time. When it is nearly closed, ball body has rotated 90 degree without contact with valve base. Valve pole continues moving down. Ball body is wobbling and is tightly pressed on the valve base, making sealing surface of valve seat elasticly deform. Safe and dependable zero leakage is ensured.
